All Bets On Anime Vegas Convention To Become “Anime Mecca”
Las Vegas, Nevada -- August 18, 2004 -- With the recent invasion of Japanese animation infiltrating U.S. television screens and movie theaters, it was bound to happen sooner or later. Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world, will host its First Annual Anime Vegas Convention. Although it will be smaller in comparison to other conventions in the city, the Anime Vegas organizers are looking forward to providing a venue for anime fans to converge in celebration and support of the new import.
Anime Vegas is a non-profit organization to promote the awareness of Japanese Culture and Entertainment. The convention will be held September 4 to September 6 at the Cashman Center in Las Vegas Nevada. Free to the public, the convention will include anime films, J-POP Videos, Cosplay Fashion Show, Animated Music Video Exposition, cartoonmogul.com's Big Cartoon Exhibition and several invited guests from the anime industry.
